Phone Interview
If you are interested in the general offer your FCC rep will arrange a phone interview for you with a representative from the school. The representative from the school could be the Director, a Korean teacher or one of the current foreign teachers at the school.
The interview is likely to be quite informal and usually lasts 10-15 minutes. The interviewer is likely to ask about any teaching experience you have or experience of working with or being with kids. Employers are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, confidents and pleasant.
Please note that some employers are used to hearing American English. Any other accent many be difficult for them to understand. During interviews it is always a good idea to talk slowly and clearly and above all - be enthusiastic!!
