Banking in Korea
Your school will help you set up a Korean bank account. Your wages will be paid directly into this account and you will be issued with a cash card to withdraw money from ATMs. You can wire money directly into a bank account at home from your Korean bank. To do this you will need details of your Korean bank account and details of the account you wish to wire money into. You may also be asked to show your passport.
