Supporting Information
Why do you want to teach overseas?:
I am a passionate believer in the power of education to transform lives. I wish to pursue a career in education, and EFL teaching is an amazing way to start me on that path while giving both economic and educational opportunities to those who may otherwise lack them. English continues to be the global language of communication, and it is therefore imperative that high quality EFL instructors are willing and able to help students engage with this most international of languages.
Why are you a suitable candidate for teaching overseas?:
I combine educational qualifications with experience working in the field of education and a proven interest in cultures different from my own. I am an ideal candidate to bring enthusiasm and subject knowledge to the classroom, and to engage with students of wide ranging backgrounds and abilities.
Additional Information:
During my undergraduate degree I was the President of my university's Debating Union. Therefore I have an interest of and knowledge in English used in a competitive arena. This would be invaluable for students wishing to be coached for school or employment interviews.
