North-West University Theatre Week (April – May 2018):
I was contracted to write and direct the annual plays featured at the North-West University Theatre week for Kasteel Ladies’ Residence and Wag-‘n-Bietjie Ladies’ Residence. My responsibilities included managing schedules, hosting auditions and making all creative decisions for the production, including technical aspects such as lighting and stage design
Kasteel Ladies Residence: I had the honour of directing two first year students from this residence and obtained valuable teaching and coaching skills.
Wag-‘n-Bietjie Ladies’ Residence: I worked with a large group of students from the residence and obtained the skill of working with a group of individuals, each with their own needs and finding the right way to transfer my ideas and direction to them.

North-West University First Year’s Concerts:
I was contracted to write and direct concerts for newly arriving first years as part of their orientation program at the university. My responsibilities included writing original and comedic scripts, directing and coaching as well as being the creative director of the productions making decisions regarding music, costumes, stage design and lighting.
The first project was completed in January 2018 where I worked with a large group of first years (60 – 80 students). We had a dedicated team of coaches where I worked in a team based environment.
