Key Responsibilities:
-Manage with the implementation of the new strategy for 2017/2018 skills plan
-Assist Divisional Leadership with Skill Plan budgets
-Maintain confidentially of employees level of competence
-Advise line managers on learning Offerings that are in accordance with employees performance
-Co-ordinate all training interventions as per learning offerings in line with the skills plan
-Responsible for maintaining the Divisional learning calendar
-Ensure workshops are marketed per the planned learning offerings
-Co-ordinate a learning needs analysis as per the skills plan monthly report
-Manage internal venue bookings for all learning Interventions
-Liaise with facilitators regarding workshop requirements
-Sending of workshop pre-reading, learner guide, assessment guides, tool kits to facilitators
-Manage with timeous capturing of pre-and post-registers for all learning interventions
-Processing of tax invoices on Oracle Financials (Oracle iProcurement)
-Ensure course information (Learning Offerings) is published and updated
-Responsible for calculating the cost of non-attendance of learning interventions per region
-Manage data accuracy of trainees
-Take new employees through induction
-Track employees who have not completed their induction process
-Manage NQF level programmes and bursaries
-Manage Junior Management and Leadership Programmes
-Manage First Aid, Fire fighting and Health and Safety Rep training’s
-Deal with complaints, requests, and queries effectively and efficiently from internal and external clients
-Build and maintain effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders
-Connect with customers to gain their input
-Facilitate Money Sense workshop every 2 months

Why do you want to teach overseas?:

I want to teach overseas as TEFL seems inviting, I am looking for change from my current environment. Travelling has always been something that i have been interested in and i feel this will offer me both the travelling experience and the job fulfillment to be able to teach and provide a skill to individuals that no one could ever take away from them

Why are you a suitable candidate for teaching overseas?:

I am looking for a fulfilling career and lifestyle that this will offer me. I am dedicated and loyal individual who pays high attention to detail and I am a free spirit at the same time, I have dedicate myself to pursue a teaching role and feel that this opportunity will give me classroom experience and provide a challenge. I am extremely passionate about creating a difference in peoples lives through education and fulfillment for one to become their best.
