Supporting Information:

Why do you want to teach overseas?:

I would like to teach overseas as I think it is an excellent way to experience new countries, cultures, people, and environments in a way where you can fully immerse yourself into more than you would by taking a short holiday there. I would also like to teach overseas as I am someone who likes to see and experience more than what I have grown up around, and experienced in my home city. I also think it is an great way to meet new people, see new places, and make the most out of a new place whilst also contributing to where you may be, in a way that could be beneficial for people.

Why are you a suitable candidate for teaching overseas?:

I think I am a suitable candidate for teaching overseas as I am someone who is not afraid of a challenge, and I am also open minded and accepting of new countries, cultures, people, and environments that I may not have experienced in my home city or on holidays/trips I have been on. I am also very interested in new places, and this was furthered by my choice to complete a degree in Religious Studies, and this also allowed me to deepen my knowledge of other cultures and also allowed me to further develop as a person to become progressively more open-minded to other people and places.
