Why do you want to teach overseas?:

Growing up in London I feel I have been very fortunate to experience a life where everyone is from a different background, culture, race, religion and so on. I have always embraced the differences between my own lifestyle and those around me. I’m extremely interested in children’s education and allowing them to have the best teaching possible. To be a part of a child’s learning development would be very rewarding and worthwhile. Teaching overseas in particular is something which combines my love and appreciation for diversity and culture with children’s development and education. Therefore, I would like to teach overseas as I believe this best suits what I aim to do with my life and to provide me with both the experience in a unique environment and the ability to put my ideas and aspirations into practice.

Why are you a suitable candidate for teaching overseas?:

Growing up in London I feel I have been very fortunate to experience a life where everyone is from a different background, culture, race, religion and so on. I have always embraced the differences between my own lifestyle and those around me. I believe this would be very good for me as living in another country and experiencing their ways of life and deeper insights into their culture etc, one would need to be open and aware of sensitivities. In addition to this, my passion for children’s education would benefit me greatly in the succession of this role. As aforementioned in the section above, I am incredibly interested in pursuing a career working within developmental psychology and children’s education. In particular, to improve the education and access of such to marginalised social groups whom of which, face greater chances of poor and/or a lack of education. Therefore, these passions will undoubtedly allow me to put my whole effort into providing the children I would work with, and their respective schools with the best service and education I could.
