Why do you want to teach overseas?:

I have a passion for education and travel. I believe education is the key to a fruitful future, and learning English is vital to a modern education. Teaching ESL is a unique experience that allows me to view my own language and culture through a new lens. Being immersed in a new culture is a way to grow and expand one’s horizons. I enjoy learning about new cultures through language and food, and it is my hope to do so in South Korea.

Why are you a suitable candidate for teaching overseas?:

With four years of teaching experience, two of them being overseas, I feel qualified and ready for my next teaching experience. I am flexible and adaptable when it comes to new work cultures and norms. I am hard-working and can self-start projects when needed.

Additional information:

I am applying to work and live abroad with my husband, Michael Lueck. We are flexible on location as long as we can live together.
