Supporting Information:

Why do you want to teach overseas?:

Teaching overseas allows people from very different countries to come together, learn from one another, and make positive connections. Helping young students learn English opens doors to new opportunities for them, whilst allowing me to experience a country and culture that is different from my own. I’m at a fortunate time in my life where nobody is dependent on me and I consider making a move like this. There is so much of the world to see and I would love to be able to have a positive impact while doing it.

Why are you a suitable candidate for teaching overseas?:

I would describe myself as an outgoing, motivated and positive individual. I would want nothing more than for the students to succeed. I was considering becoming a teacher in the UK and may do in the future, but teaching overseas would provide a unique experience in being able to travel and experience another culture whilst also being able to make a difference. I am at a point in my life where I am able to consider doing something like this and want to grab the opportunity with both hands.
