Supporting Information:

Why do you want to teach overseas?:

I want to develop further as a teacher by getting a different perspective on education. Through working in Korea, I would like to broaden my horizons and gain valuable international experience whilst developing my abilities further in a culture and country that interests me.

Why are you a suitable candidate for teaching overseas?:

I believe I am a suitable candidate because I have the passion, qualifications and experience. I have taught overseas students in the U.K and I know I am ready to develop students language skills abroad. I have taught all ages and I am ready for a new challenge to develop my skills further and experience a vibrant and exciting part of the world.

Additional information:

I previously wanted was set to go to work in Korea with your company through a very accommodating and helpful woman called Mrs Cho. I had to pull out of going at the last minute as a family member died and it would have been inappropriate for me to have left my family at that time.

In the time since then, I have gained a PGCE qualification in teaching English and gained a few years experience. I feel ready to take on a new challenge now and develop my teaching further. I found you to be quick, easy and helpful beforehand so I thought now would be a good time to apply again for 2021.

One of my colleagues in my department taught in Korea for 20 years and recommended teaching there to me also.
