Throughout my life I have had experience in teaching. From being a dance teaching assistant from the age of 14, to continue to teach at a dance society through uni. My role is supervising and training a team of technicians, in order to produce Lateral Flow diagnostic tests, including the COVID-19 antibody test. I love the training aspect of my role. I love being able to guide new technicians, and teach them how to be the best they can be. This job involves daily planning for laboratory work, meetings with customers and training members of staff. I believe that taking the time to plan effectively, being confident in speaking to and updating customers, and training new team members enthusiastically are all attributes that would make me a great teacher.
Why do you want to teach overseas?:
I would love to be able to further my teaching journey, and do what I can to have a positive impact on a students life, and help them on their school journey. I would love to teach overseas as I would love to experience a new culture, to be absorbed into a new city, with beautiful sites, and hopefully be able to improve my own foreign language skills too!
Why are you a suitable candidate for teaching overseas?:
I believe I am a suitable candidate as I am an extremely passionate person. I give 110% to any task, and really get myself stuck in! I would love the experience that teaching overseas would offer, and would love to share my enthusiasm and passion with others! I believe my experience in teaching would make me an excellent fit, as I am confident in addressing students, and have plenty of experience in lesson planning in order to further students learning, as well as keeping it fun and interesting! I hope to share my positivity and passion for learning with future students, and believe I am not just a suitable candidate, but a great one!
