Supporting Information:

Why do you want to teach overseas?:

It has been an ambition of mine to teach overseas for approximately two years now. I had originally intended to teach in Japan, however, these initial plans were disrupted due to the coronavirus. I want to experience the world beyond the one with which I am comfortable. I want to explore different cultures and get to know people raised in entirely different situations to my own. I want to use my skills to help benefit a younger generation of learners and provide them with the same opportunities and privileges that I was given in life.

Why are you a suitable candidate for teaching overseas?:

While I lack experience in teaching previously I believe that in addition to having an adept knowledge of the English language I also have a personality suited to conveying it to school age children. I am a friendly and approachable individual and have several penpals from abroad whom I help to practice English.

Additional information:

I will send a video to the email provided as soon as I am able to procure an appropriate camera (should be available in the next few days).
