Why do you want to teach overseas?:

I want to teach English mainly, however I am passionate about history and I will take any opportunity to teach it.

Why are you a suitable candidate for teaching overseas?:

I believe that my all inclusive and tolerant personality towards cultures different to mine will give me an edge in the Work environment. Growing up in South Africa has taught me to be empathetic towards all sorts cultures given the country’s turbulent history. I believe that children are the building blocks to creating a tolerant society, hence I feel a certain responsibility to pass on empathetic and caring ways of thinking to every child I come into contact with (let alone teach). I feel that this outlook of mine will better enable me to interact with children in a meaningful and constructive manner based on solid moral principles.
